Production deployment on September 9, 2026. This post provides information regarding enhancements in Release 092609 of the LoanSafe Suite.

      Enhancements:

      1. Update FAQs for the Insufficient Data Icon

      2. New Loan Officer Pattern Analysis Alerts

      3. Display LoanSafe Final Check

      Bug Fixes:

      1. Retain Alert Clearing Across Orders

      Enhancements:

      1. Update the FAQs for Insufficient Data

The Insufficient Data FAQs have been updated to remove an incorrect reference to the LoanSafe Connect Review Status. This keeps the FAQ content aligned with the Insufficient Data icon and prevents confusion when supporting LoanSafe Connect users.

      This FAQ has been removed.

      2. New Loan Officer Pattern Analysis Alerts

LoanSafe Fraud Manager includes four new alerts that identify concentrations and patterns in a loan officer’s recent loan activity. These alerts provide additional information that fraud, compliance, and quality control teams can use when determining whether a loan requires further review.

These alerts are derived from pattern analysis capabilities available in LoanSafe Explorer. Organizations seeking ongoing portfolio-level monitoring and broader pattern fraud detection capabilities may wish to learn more about LoanSafe Explorer.

Availability: These alerts require custom alert configuration and are inactive by default. Contact your LoanSafe Connect administrator or Cotality representative for additional information.

      LO_003

      High

Review the current loan and historical information to determine if further research is needed.

      LO_004

      High

Loan Officer {NMLSID} has a high percentage of loans in which the borrower is purchasing in a state where they did not reside in the last 6 months.

Review the current loan and historical information to determine if further research is needed.

      3. Display LoanSafe Final Check

When a LoanSafe Final Check report is generated after an initial LoanSafe Risk Manager (LSRM) report, the LoanSafe Final Check logo and explanatory messaging will now be displayed to clearly identify it as a Final Check report.

      Bug Fixes:

      1. Retain Alert Clearing Across Orders

Resolved an issue where cleared alerts were not retained between LoanSafe Final Check and subsequent full reports. Alerts that have been previously reviewed and cleared will now persist across report types, ensuring consistent alert status and reducing rework.

Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager, and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
