LoanSafe | Disaster Recovery Exercise 09/20/2025
Dear Clients,
We want to inform you that certain Cotality services will undergo scheduled disaster recovery testing from 10:00 PM PST on Saturday, September 20 to 3:00 AM PST on Sunday, September 21. This exercise simulates a transition to our backup site and is part of our commitment to maintaining operational resilience and compliance with our disaster recovery protocols.
What to Expect
During this standard test, we will validate our ability to shift applications to a backup site and restore them to normal operations. As a result, you may experience intermittent service disruptions or latency across several applications.
Impacted LoanSafe products include:
LoanSafe Fraud Manager
LoanSafe Risk Manager
LoanSafe Collateral Manager
LoanSafe Connect
LoanSafe Explorer
Will the Applications Change?
No changes will be made to the applications themselves.
Will There Be Downtime?
Yes, intermittent downtime is expected during the testing window. All services will return to normal once testing concludes.
