Dear Clients,

Certain Cotality services will undergo disaster recovery testing September 20-21. This exercise replicates a situation where we would need to move operations to a back-up site. This ensures compliance with our disaster recovery plan and strengthens our ability to serve our clients.

What is happening?

Cotality is performing a standard disaster recovery exercise to test our ability to move applications to a back-up site and then return to normal operations. Multiple applications may experience intermittent outages. For the LoanSafe fraud solutions products, these include:

  • LoanSafe Fraud Manager

  • LoanSafe Risk Manager

  • LoanSafe Collateral Manager

  • LoanSafe Connect

  • LoanSafe Explorer

Will the applications change?

There will be no change to the applications.

Will the system be down?

There is expected to be intermittent down time during this testing. Service may be interrupted or have latency during the disaster recovery exercise. Normal services will resume at the conclusion of the test. Our testing will be completed during the standard maintenance window.

  • The testing will begin at 10 p.m. PST on Saturday, September 20, and end at 3 a.m. PST on Sunday, September 21.

What action is needed from clients?
