Include an As of Search Date for NMLS Data

LoanSafe now displays an ‘As of Search Date’ in the NMLS section so users can easily verify how current the data is.

Do not screen Condo Project when the Condo Watchlist is disabled

The Condo Project is not a loan participant that needs screening against government watchlists. Instead, Fannie Mae’s ineligible Condo Project list should be used when enabled. Not all clients have this enabled.

Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
