Deployed on February 6, 2026, this document provides information regarding enhancements of the LoanSafe Suite within Encompass Partner Connect (EPC).

Bug Fixes

Prevent creation of an invalid co-borrower when partial data is present

Issue:
When any co-borrower data element existed in EPC without a co-borrower first and last name, a co-borrower object was still created in the request. This resulted in inapplicable LoanSafe alerts being triggered.

Resolution:
A co-borrower object is now created only when both a first name and last name are provided.

Restore missing Add Contact dropdown on the EPC order page

Issue:
On the EPC Order page, the Add Contact dropdown arrow was not displayed, preventing users from adding additional contacts to a file.

Resolution:
The Add Contact dropdown arrow has been restored and is now visible on the Order page.

Seller and Seller’s Agent contacts display correctly on order screen

Issue:
When File Contacts included a Seller and Seller’s Agent, these contacts were correctly sent in the request but did not display on the EPC Order screen.

Resolution:
Seller and Seller’s Agent contacts now display correctly on the Order screen.

Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
