      Targeted for production deployment on Feb. 22, 2025, this document provides information regarding enhancements of the LoanSafe Suite within Encompass Partner Connect (EPC).

      Contents:

      Enhancements

      • LoanSafe Response Returns a PDF to the e-Folder.

      • Update LOS fails for Orders users.

      • Excluded milestone still appears in the LoanSafe report.

      • Loan Processor was not excluded and doesn’t appear in the LoanSafe report.

      Enhancements

      LoanSafe Response Returns a PDF to the e-Folder

      The initial integration with Encompass Partner Connect returned both an HTML and PDF for all LoanSafe orders. Due to issues with the HTML report, the interactive PDF will now be the only document returned.


      Bug Fixes

      Update LOS for Orders users fails

      For clients who order LoanSafe via “orders”, which is the legacy flow, clicking on Update LOS in EPC did not function. After the user has cleared alerts in LoanSafe Connect, the Update LOS button should place the Alert Summary in the e-folder. This has been corrected and the workaround to print the PDF and manually upload it to the e-folder is no longer necessary.

      Excluded milestone still appears in the LoanSafe report

      When a custom milestone exists, and the user deselects the participant from the order screen, it was still being sent in the LoanSafe request. Examples provided to CoreLogic were UW Assistant and UW Manager. When a custom milestone is deselected in the order screen, it will no longer be sent in the LoanSafe request. 

      Loan Processor was not excluded and doesn’t appear in the LoanSafe report

      When the role of Loan Processor was in multiple milestones, and not all milestones had a Loan Processor assigned to them, the Loan Processor was not included in the LoanSafe request. When the Loan Processor is checked on the Order screen, it will now be sent in the LoanSafe request.

      Keep an added contact’s name in place

      When a contact is added via the Orders screen and a name contains a space, the name shifts after saving the contact.

      Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
