Update Alert Messages

The following alert messages have been updated:

Change the message in the Loan Registry Search section

To reduce confusion, the message in the Loan Registry Search section has been updated when the LoanSafe request contains an invalid SSN or an ITIN. MERS is not searched in this scenario as an error is returned.

Remove the note from the Uploads page of LoanSafe Connect regarding the Whitelist format

Given the Whitelist format was updated over a year ago, the message has been removed from the Uploads page of LoanSafe Connect.

Fix inconsistencies with Owner Occupancy logic & display

The house icon in the Borrower Address Summary is intended to identify the borrower’s primary residence. The logic behind the display has been updated so that the icon is not placed when the LoanSafe request is not reported to be the primary residence.

Whitelist icon is broken on the printed Alert Summary PDF

When a report that was run prior to the implementation of the whitelist icon was accessed in LoanSafe Connect, the icon was broken in the printed Alert Summary PDF.
