Targeted for production deployment in the early morning (1 a.m. PT) on March 19, 2026, this document provides information regarding enhancements in Release 032603 of the LoanSafe Suite.

      Enhancements

      • Updated condo watchlist logic

      • New custom alert: High Alert Address Detection

      Bug Fixes

      • Loan participants with missing roles now display correctly

      • NMLS Approved – Inactive License

      Enhancements

      Updated condo watchlist logic

Previously, condo watchlist screening was triggered for any role containing the word ‘condo,’ which unintentionally prevented those roles from being screened against the government watchlists. The logic has been updated so that condo watchlist screening now applies only to the specific role ‘condo project,’ ensuring all other applicable roles continue to be screened correctly.

      BEFORE

      AFTER

New alert: High Alert Address Detection

A new customizable alert (CA_001) is now available. This alert notifies clients when a “high alert address” appears anywhere within a LoanSafe request.

      How It Works

The alert will trigger when any address in the LoanSafe request matches one of the client‑configured high‑alert addresses.

The alert evaluates the following fields in the request:

      • Subject Property Address

      • Borrower Current Address

      • Employer Address

      • Title Agent Address

      Custom Alert Configuration

To use this feature, please contact your Cotality liaison.

      The configuration supports:

      • Up to 20 high-alert addresses

When a LoanSafe request contains a matching standardized address, the alert will fire with the message: “High Alert address found on loan file.”

      Bug Fixes

Loan participants with missing roles now display correctly

When the role attribute is missing for any loan participant in the LoanSaferequest, no loan participants (OtherLoanActor) appeared on the LoanSafe report.

LoanSafe has been updated to detect when the role attribute is missing. If a participant does not have a role, LoanSafe will now default that participant’s role to “Other Actors”, ensuring all loan participants consistently appear on the report.

      NMLS Approved – Inactive license

An issue was identified where Loan Officers with an Approved–Inactive NMLS license status were incorrectly shown with a green checkmark in the Confirmation of Searches Performed, implying no alerts were applicable.

This has been corrected. NMLS_011 will now fire for Loan Officers in an Approved–Inactive status, and the Confirmation of Searches Performed section will display the appropriate Review icon.

Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
