EPC Supports Update Service Order

Clients can now automate a rerun of LoanSafe based on workflow rules.

In this example, the triggering event is a completed milestone.

Recommendation: Including condition criteria as a ‘stop condition’ is recommended to prevent the workflow rule from getting caught in an endless ordering loop.

On the Result tab, set up the Category, Provider, Update (choose Last Order), and the Service Provider Event Option (Rerun Order).

This action will display in the Order History.

Additional URLA files are included in the LoanSafe Request

LoanSafe will include additional fields from the URLA in the request. At this time, it will just be collected and analyzed. In the future, we will use this data to improve our fraud model, create alerts, and improve the overall LoanSafe offering.

The table below identifies the additional inputs.

Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
