      Targeted for production deployment on Apr. 26, 2025, this document provides information regarding enhancements of the LoanSafe Suite within Encompass Partner Connect (EPC).

      • LoanSafe Final Check

      LoanSafe Final Check

      Clients can now order a mini version of LoanSafe. This version of LoanSafe includes watchlist checks, a MERS check, consortium check, and updated property information.

      A custom alert configuration has been created for LoanSafe Final Check. The only alerts that will fire are those related to watchlist, MERS, and other loan applications within the consortium.

      If LoanSafe Final Check is run within the de-dupe period, it is non-billable.

      The option to run LoanSafe Final Check will be available after the initial LoanSafe report has been run.

      When LoanSafe Final Check is run, applicable alerts that were previously cleared will show cleared on the Final Check report.

      LoanSafe Connect retains all the data from the initial LoanSafe request.

      Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
