Display LoanSafe Final Check logo on the LoanSafe Final Check report and in LoanSafe Connect

On 4/26/2025, we released LoanSafe Final Check in EPC. LoanSafe Final Check uses the report configurability feature of LoanSafe and runs Watchlist checks, MERS checks, Consortium checks and updates property information. This has caused confusion when clients have viewed the report. There is no Fraud Score and limited information.

To reduce confusion, the LoanSafe Final Check report has a new logo and verbiage describing the report:

When the latest report is a Final Check in LoanSafe Connect:

Include a Watchlist Disclaimer in LoanSafe

Successful watchlist searches are dependent on proper input. A watchlist disclaimer has been added as a footnote in the Confirmation of Searches Performed, as well as on the Watchlist Search page in LoanSafe Connect.

Update the Uploads Page in LoanSafe Connect

Going forward, we will only accept a client Watchlist in .csv format. The Uploads page in LoanSafe Connect has been updated to display file naming convention of .csv instead of .txt. Additionally, the Implementation Guide has been updated as well as the sample file.
