Targeted for production deployment in the early morning (1 a.m. PT) Nov. 12, 2025, this document provides information regarding enhancements in Release 112511 of the LoanSafe Suite.

Enhancements

Include Second Employer

Second employer data from Encompass Partner Connect is now included in the LoanSafe report.

The report header contains a link to second employer details, and income from the second job is now reflected in Total Monthly Income.

A reverse phone search is performed on the second employer, with results shown in the Employer Data Verification section.

The following alerts will now fire on second employer data when applicable.

The second employer is now mapped on the Employer Site Map.

Fuzzy Watchlist Screening for Companies Only

LoanSafe now has the option to turn off fuzzy name matching for Companies only.

Default value: N

Example where fuzzy name matching is turned off for Companies.

Note the entry with the misspelling did not hit.

This new setting will show in the LoanSafe Settings page of LoanSafe Connect.

New Income Alerts

We’ve introduced two new alerts to help identify significant income discrepancies across loan submissions for the same borrower:

INC_013 evaluates income variance across multiple submissions for the same loan.

INC_014 compares income submitted for the current loan against prior submissions for different loan numbers.

These alerts are based solely on your organization’s submission history and do not reference data from the Consortium.

Both alerts will be enabled by default for standard alert service IDs.

If your organization uses a custom alert configuration, you will need to manually enable these alerts to have them fire on your LoanSafe reports.

Bug Fixes

Military Entitlements from the Second Job should be included in the Total Monthly Income

Military entitlements from a second job were previously excluded from the Total Monthly Income. This issue has been corrected.

Note: Because the LoanSafe Suite comprises LoanSafe Risk Manager, Fraud Manager and Collateral Manager, all changes and additions apply to all versions of the LoanSafe report unless otherwise noted.
