Service Advisory: LOS Ordering
What’s happening?
We are currently experiencing an issue with LoanSafe (among other solutions) orders submitted through a Loan Origination System (LOS). In some cases, these requests time out and fail, preventing the report from being generated successfully.
How does this impact clients?
Clients who order LoanSafe through their LOS may experience:
Failed submissions due to request timeouts
Delays in receiving Loan Saferesults needed for fraud review and downstream workflows
What we’re doing
Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will share updates as new information becomes available.
