      What’s been resolved?

      The issue impacting LoanSafe orders submitted through a Loan Origination System (LOS) has been resolved. LoanSafe orders should now be processed normally, and reports should generate successfully.


      What was the impact?

      During the incident window, some LOS-submitted requests experienced timeouts and failed submissions, potentially delaying the delivery of LoanSafe results needed for fraud review and downstream workflows.


      What should you do now?

      • You may resume submitting LoanSafe orders through your LOS as normal.

      • If you experienced a failed order during the incident, you may resubmit the order (if needed) according to your standard process. (General guidance — no system steps implied.)
