What’s been resolved?
The issue impacting LoanSafe orders submitted through a Loan Origination System (LOS) has been resolved. LoanSafe orders should now be processed normally, and reports should generate successfully.
What was the impact?
During the incident window, some LOS-submitted requests experienced timeouts and failed submissions, potentially delaying the delivery of LoanSafe results needed for fraud review and downstream workflows.
What should you do now?
You may resume submitting LoanSafe orders through your LOS as normal.
